TechLine is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our advanced cryptography and data protection solutions across the financial services and enterprise sectors.
This is a specialized business development role focused on identifying opportunities, developing strategic accounts, and managing the complete sales cycle for enterprise security solutions including cryptography, key management, Hardware Security Modules (HSM), PKI, data protection, and related
technologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across banks, fintechs, financial institutions, and
large enterprises.
- Identify new customers and expand relationships within existing strategic accounts.
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, security teams, IT architecture teams, and procurement.
- Understand customer security and business requirements and work with technical teams to develop appropriate solutions.
- Position solutions across areas such as HSM, cryptographic key management, PKI, database encryption, tokenization, and data protection.
- Coordinate technical presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Work closely with technology vendors and partners on opportunities, solution positioning, pricing, and
commercial proposals.
- Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, account plans, and sales activities.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across TechLine’s broader cybersecurity and IT services portfolio.
- Monitor market developments, competitive solutions, and emerging requirements within the financial services and cybersecurity sectors.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, business development, or enterprise solution sales.
- Experience selling HSMs, Cryptography solutions, information security and data protection.
- Strong understanding of enterprise and financial-sector sales cycles.
- Experience dealing with banks, fintechs, financial institutions, or large enterprises is highly preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts; knowledge of HSM, encryption, cryptography, PKI, or key management is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with international technology
vendors is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, relationship-management, and commercial skills.
- Ability to independently develop opportunities while collaborating closely with technical and delivery teams.
- Strong ownership mentality and results-driven
approach.
