TechLine is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager – IT & Cybersecurity Services to help expand our customer base and grow our IT, cybersecurity, and professional services business.
We’re looking for someone who understands B2B technology services sales, can build strong relationships with decision-makers, and knows how to turn customer challenges into
business opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across IT, cybersecurity and compliance managed services.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective
customers.
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Understand customers’ business and technology challenges and work with our technical teams to develop the right solutions.
- Promote TechLine’s portfolio across areas including:
- Network and cybersecurity solutions
- Cloud and infrastructure services.
- Cybersecurity consulting and assessments.
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
- PCI-DSS and related security compliance services.
- Managed IT and cybersecurity services.
- Prepare and coordinate proposals, presentations, commercial offers, and responses to RFPs/RFQs.
- Work closely with technical, delivery, and project management teams throughout the opportunity
lifecycle.
- Develop new accounts while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing customers.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, sales forecasts, account plans, and opportunity updates.
- Build long-term customer relationships rather than focusing only on individual transactions.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer priorities, competitive offerings, and emerging
cybersecurity requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B business development, technology sales, or enterprise solution sales.
- Proven experience selling IT services, cybersecurity services, IT infrastructure, or technology solutions.
- Experience dealing with enterprise customers, financial institutions, fintechs, Banking or other regulated organizations is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity concepts.
- Familiarity with areas such as GRC, PCI-DSS, cloud, network security, penetration testing, and managed services is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts and generate opportunities, not only manage
existing relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of customer needs, pricing, margins, and deal
development.
