Description:
TechLine is looking for an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to lead our finance function and support the company’s continued growth.
This role goes beyond day-to-day accounting. We’re looking for someone who can bring strong financial control, improve visibility into business performance, manage cash flow, and provide management with the financial insights needed to make better decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the company’s overall finance and accounting
function.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Manage and forecast cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.
- Monitor revenue, costs, gross profit, and profitability
across the business.
- Work closely with Project Managers to monitor project P&L, margins, costs, billing, and collections.
- Develop management dashboards and provide clear
financial insights to senior management.
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and investigate
significant variances.
- Strengthen financial controls, policies, approval
processes, and documentation.
- Oversee invoicing, collections, supplier payments,
and expense management.
- Coordinate tax, audit requirements with external
auditors and advisors.
- Ensure accurate accounting records and timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Support commercial teams with pricing, financial analysis, and financial evaluation of opportunities.
- Improve financial processes and make effective use of accounting and reporting systems.
- Support management in financial modeling, investment decisions, and business planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related
field.
- 8+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash-flow management.
- Solid understanding of Egyptian taxation and statutory
requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with
accounting/ERP systems.
- Experience with Zoho Books is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management
skills.
- Experience in technology, IT services providers, cybersecurity, consulting, or project-based businesses is highly preferred.
