Marwa is a software delivery expert and a passionate leader with more than 14 years of experience in IT Demand, Delivery, and Digital Transformation.
Marwa is a Co-Founder at TechLine and currently serves as the delivery director responsible for all customer relationships engagements, and overall delivery.
Prior to TechLine, since 2011, Marwa started her journey at Etisalat Misr as a CRM platform owner, a business analyst responsible for managing the systems delivery and all vendor management activities.
Marwa then headed the centralized demand and architecture team, responsible for the complex programs, and products solution and design, like ADSL, Gated Communities, Fixed & Connectivity Solutions.
In her last stage at Etisalat Misr journey, she headed the corporate demand and delivery department, managing more than 10 members of business analysts, solution architects, and project managers, owning the enterprise and ICT segments products, and solutions products and projects delivery.
Marwa holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Ain Shams University, and MBA from German University in Cairo.
